Jevco offers both “standard” and “embedded” Pressure Feet and Accessories designed for Excellon™ drilling and routing machines equipped with the Laser Tool Check (LTC) system. The LTC System uses the Pressure Foot for broken tool detection and tool status. The Pressure Foot Insert is attached to the assembly with the use of magnets. Magnets are either mounted through the top of the disk for the “standard” type or from the bottom for the “embedded” type.
Jevco’s Magnetic Pressure Foot is machined from a solid billet of aerospace grade aluminum. Insert disks are hard anodized. Replaceable inserts are available in steel and nylon in a variety of different sizes.
