Jevco soft tooling plugs are precision machined from high strength Delrin and Glass filled nylon. Derlin and Glass filled Nylon are superior to injection molding because it is tougher and resists cracking .
Threads are manufactured to close tolerances for a tight fit to provide for good registration. Configurations are available for tooling plate systems manufactured by Multiline©, Hadco© and Prima©.
